FUTUREPROOF.
FUTUREPROOF.
The Future of Working Parents (ft. Daisy Dowling)
The past year has been an interesting one for just about everyone, but especially for working parents, who in many cases had to reconfigure how to support their employers and care for their children on the fly. What does the future look like for working parents? To answer that question, I wanted to turn to Daisy Wademan Dowling. She’s the Founder & CEO of Workparent, an executive coaching, and training firm dedicated to helping working parents lead more successful and satisfying lives. She also writes about working-parent issues for Harvard Business Review and is the series editor for The HBR Working Parents Series collection of books. She’s been featured in the WSJ, NYT, Financial Times, and Washington Post. And finally, she’s the author of WORKPARENT: The Complete Guide to Succeeding on the Job, Staying True to Yourself, and Raising Happy Kids, out as of May 25th from Harvard Business Review Press.
